The pickets are attached to the outside of the rails with hidden fasteners.  The 3″ spaced pickets have “dog ear” caps are level across the top.  Made with 3″ wide pickets, 3 1/2″ rails, and metal reinforced bottom rail. For closer picket spacing see the “Atlantic 3” fence style.
